At our workshop, we take immense pride in the craftsmanship of our onyx and marble handicrafts. Because natural stone is both heavy and delicate, we have developed a specialized shipping process to ensure your pieces arrive in gallery-quality condition.

1.⁠ ⁠Order Processing & Lead Times

  • ⁠Ready-to-Ship Items: Orders for in-stock items are typically processed and dispatched within 3–5 business days.
  • ⁠Custom & Bespoke Orders: For items requiring specific dimensions or hand-finishing (such as custom stone lamps or engraved boards), please allow 14–21 days for production before shipping.
  • ⁠Handcrafted Quality: Each item undergoes a final quality inspection and hand-polishing session before it is cleared for packing.

2.⁠ ⁠Packaging ExcellenceTo protect the integrity of the stone, we utilize a multi-layered “Secure-Stone” packing method:

  • ⁠Primary Wrap: Acid-free film to protect the polished surface.
  • ⁠Shock Absorption: High-density foam or custom-fitted inserts to prevent movement.
  • ⁠Reinforced Boxing: Double-walled corrugated boxes for domestic orders and custom wooden crates for large or international shipments.

3.⁠ ⁠International Shipping (Exports)We are experienced in global logistics and regularly ship our handicrafts to international destinations.

  • ⁠Carriers: We partner with reliable global couriers (DHL, FedEx, UPS) for individual items and reputable freight forwarders for bulk orders.
  • ⁠Transit Times: International air freight typically takes 7–12 business days, while sea freight (for bulk/container orders) varies by destination port.
  • ⁠Customs & Duties: Please note that international orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees levied by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient.

4.⁠ ⁠Shipping RatesShipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the total weight of the stone and the delivery destination. Due to the density of marble and onyx, shipping rates may be higher than standard retail items.

5.⁠ ⁠Damaged ShipmentsWhile breakage is rare due to our specialized packing, natural stone is fragile.

  • ⁠Inspection: Please inspect your package immediately upon arrival.
  • ⁠Reporting: If an item is damaged during transit, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the damaged item and the packaging. We always recommend that you make a video while opening the package so in case of breakage you have sufficient proof.
  • ⁠Resolution: We will prioritize a replacement or a repair solution for any items verified as damaged during the shipping process.

6.⁠ ⁠Tracking Your OrderOnce your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number and a link to monitor your shipment’s progress in real-time.
